After months of dedicated hard work and collaboration, we have successfully obtained usage permission for the Second phase of our Developing Plan – a Warehouse of 18,300 sq.m. and relevant infrastructure, enabling us to proceed with the next phases of our development.
This achievement follows extensive construction efforts that demonstrate our team’s unwavering resolve and commitment to delivering quality results. The hard work involved in this project reflects our dedication to maintaine the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and craftsmanship.

Стартира изпълнение на проект, финансиран т Националния план за възстановяване и устойчивост, по процедура BG-RRP-4.021 „Подкрепа за енергийно обновяване на сгради в сферата на производството, търговията и услугите“
КЕЙ БИО ИНДЪСТРИ БЪЛГАРИЯ ЕООД изпълнява Договор за БФП № BG-RRP-4.021-0094-C01 “Енергийно обновяване на сградa с административно предназначение на КЕЙ БИО ИНДЪСТРИ БЪЛГАРИЯ ЕООД“, финансиран от Националния план за възстановяване и устойчивост, по процедура BG-RRP-4.021 „Подкрепа за енергийно обновяване на сгради в сферата на производството, търговията и услугите“.
Основна цел на ПИИ е енергийно обновяване на административната сграда на кандидата КЕЙ БИО ИНДЪСТРИ БЪЛГАРИЯ ЕООД.
Конкретни цели:
- Подобряване енергийните характеристики на сградата, чрез изпълнение на устойчиви интегрирани високоефективни енергийни мерки;
- Достигане на клас на енергопотребление минимум „А“ след прилагане на енергоспестяващи мерки;
- Постигане на спестена първична невъзобновяема енергия след изпълнение на ЕСМ възлиза на 86,7%;
- Намаляване на разходите за енергопотребление;
- Спазване на „принципът за ненанасяне на значителни вреди“ (2021/C58/01 по смисъла на член 17 от Регламент (ЕС) 2020/852 ).
Обща стойност на проекта: 1 257 888.75 лв.
Безвъзмездна финансова помощ: 300 000.00 лв.
Начало на изпълнение на проекта: 15.10.2024г.
Край на изпълнение на проекта: 30.06.2026г.
